On July 12, 2023, the Tanzania Human Rights Defenders Coalition (THRDC) had the pleasure of welcoming Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) Kindondoni Chapter at THRDC
Headquarters, Mikocheni -Dar es Salaam.
THRDC and TLS have a long-standing history of collaboration in promoting and strengthening the rule of law in Tanzania, including through legal reform, capacity building for lawyers, and advocacy in the field of human rights.
The two organizations discussed ways to strengthen their collaboration and fostering their shared goals of promoting and protecting human rights in Tanzania. THRDC and TLS continue to address human rights adherence challenges in the country contributing the national development.
