Today, on March 6, 2024, THRDC, in collaboration with the Coalition of Women Human Rights Defenders (CWHRD), organized a roundtable discussion focusing on this year's theme "Investing in Women: Accelerates Progress".

The main objective of this debate is to stimulate collaborative efforts, inspire, and develop strategies towards promoting gender equality and freedom.

Taking place at the PSSSF Commercial Complex in Dar es Salaam, the debate brings together women from various Civil Society Organizations, including directors of these organizations who have been advocating for human rights.

It is worth noting that the roundtable is part of the Women's Day celebrations, which are commemorated every March 8, globally.

THRDC has a tradition of commemorating this day by hosting roundtable discussions, and bringing together various groups of women human rights defenders.
