Shadida is a Program Officer of the Organization who shall be responsible for reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and communications covering the whole organization in terms of quality assurance. She is one of the officers of the Coalition recruited, working, and reporting to the Zanzibar Coordinator. 

She currently works in the Programs, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning and will be responsible for the operational success of THRDC ensuring team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.

She develops and implements strategies that will maximize the cooperation among program Areas, and develop and implement a system to evaluate skill and experience. She Works with staff to develop objective performance measurements across the program and to ensure consistency of programs 

She believes in teamwork and social gathering for increasing capacity and experience to serve THRDC – Zanzibar, and HRD in Tanzania.
